my recent stay in mestre was outstanding, but my stay at a certain b&b this summer was even better! everything was clean, cozy, and well-organized. the location was perfect, close to the bus to venice, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. exceeded expectations!

My recent stay at Xixi B&B was simply outstanding! The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station for a quick trip to Venice. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized, with a great bathroom and shower. The host was incredibly helpful, despite not speaking English, we were able to communicate efficiently with the help of Google Translate. The surrounding area had plenty of options for dining and drinking. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and convenient stay.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien décorées. La literie est de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Le personnel est attentif et accueillant. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes, avec un parking pratique et un accès facile aux transports en commun.

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B. the host, a Chinese man, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. the room was newly renovated and well maintained, with a private bathroom and amenities like AC and a large TV with Netflix. the price was surprisingly affordable for Venice. the host was polite, flexible with check-in and check-out, and even allowed us to store food in his fridge. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the Venezia Mestre train station, making it easy to explore the city. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! 😊.

I always return to this B&B. Friendly staff assisted with a room issue, even at night. It suits me perfectly with AC, TV, no pets/smoking. Excited to come back for New Year!

Although I encountered a slight hiccup in finding the right house initially, it was quickly resolved by following the parallel street. The hosts were kind and considerate, even with the language barrier. However, with the help of the Google Translate app, communication wasn't a problem. I had a pleasant experience at this B&B and would highly recommend it to others.
